We are licensed contractors. We are licensed in both Lake County and Porter County, as well as their various municipalities. We always obtain the proper licensing and permits for your municipality and project.

A contractor’s bond and insurance are important forms of protection for you, the consumer. They help ensure that you are working with a reputable professional, and they provide some recourse should something go wrong.
Bonding protects you, the customer, if a contractor fails to complete a job, doesn’t pay for permits, or fails to meet other financial obligations, such as paying for supplies or subcontractors or covering damage that workers cause to your property.
A contractor's insurance also protects you. If a worker accidentally damages your property, or if an employee gets hurt on your property, our insurance covers it.
